*Notification of Election into NUCJ Executive positions*
_This is to notify all AAUA campus media organizations, Editors in chiefs, journalists, bloggers that *THE NIGERIAN UNION OF CAMPUS JOURNALISTS (AAUA CHAPTER) election has been slated to hold thus:_
Date: Sunday, April 2nd, 2017
Time: 4pm
Venue: Mass Communication Relaxation Centre.

The following positions are expected to be keenly contested by interested media persons:
President (Open to only. 300/400L students)
Vice President (Editorial)
Vice President (Administration)
PRO
Treasurer
General Secretary
Welfare Director
Production Manager
Assistant General Secretary

*Please Note*
1).All other positions are open to all levels (100-400L)
2).Anyone contesting or going to be nominated must not be (currently) involved in campus unionism (Department, Faculty and SUG)
3). All aspirants are to obtain the nomination form from any of the electoral committee members (President- #1000, Other positions #500)
4). The nomination forms are to be submitted at the election venue after which a screening will be carried out on all aspirants.
5).Voting shall strictly be by ballot system.
6). All head of Media organizations are to get these message across to all their members as we want all media personnel in AAUA present at the election venue.
