March Report Real Madrid vs Athletic Bilbao 1:1

The Portuguese subtly helped the ball on its way into the night following a drive from Croatian Luka Modric to secure a tie for Zidane's side. With one eye on Tuesday's Champions League tie, Zinedine Zidane will be mildly content with tonight's late goal to salvage a point at home but even more importantly for the LaLiga side was the good news that no player suffered injuries on the night. The game itself lacked the traditional tension associated with a meeting between two historical names in Spanish football and the Bernabeu crowd were stunned when in the 14th minute Iñaki Williams slotted home a delightful through ball from Cordoba. This was the detonator to begin the monologue that dictated the pattern of the night... Madrid pushing and probing with Athletic comfortable in defending deep looking to hit Williams on the break. It could have been 0-2 had Raul Garcia taken more time instead of thundering the ball onto the bar from close range. Athletic star...

March Report Bournemouth vs Man U 0-2

Goals from Chris Smalling and Romelu Lukaku saw Jose Mourinho’s side bounce back from their defeat to West Brom and prepare for their FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham Smalling's third strike in six league games means the England defender now boasts more United goals than January's marquee forward-line signing Alexis Sanchez. Chile's former Arsenal striker Sanchez has mustered just two goals in nine league appearances for United, while Smalling has now found the net in three successive away contests. Belgium striker Lukaku then climed off the bench to seal United's comfortable victory, as Jose Mourinho's men hit back from Sunday's 1-0 home loss to West Brom that handed Manchester City the league title. Lukaku's 16th league goal of the season - and his seventh Premier League goal in six meetings with Bournemouth - handed United an armchair ride ahead of Saturday's FA Cup semi-final clash with Tottenham. United made seven cha...

Recently evicted #BBNaija housemate, Khloe says her second entrance into the Big Brother house was a blessing and a curse for her. In a post she shared on her IG page, Khloe explained why her plan to ''set Ceec straight'' as soon as she entered the house the second time did not work. Read what she wrote below ''Sometimes you have to disconnect to stay connected. Remember the old days when you had eye contact during a conversation? When everyone wasn't looking down at a device in their hands? We've become so focused on that tiny screen that we forget the big picture, the people right in front of us. Going back into the BBN house was no doubt, a blessing and a curse. Lets get this straight; It's not about going around trying to stir up trouble. As long as I'm honest and I articulate what i believe to be true, somebody somewhere will become my enemy whether they like it or not. I saw something in @ceec_official that I hadn...

A national leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu , says the ruling party , which took over power about three years ago , has done for the citizens what the ousted Peoples Democratic Party did not even try in the entire 16 years that it was in power.   Tinubu expressed disgust that President Muhammadu Buhari has had to spend “ inordinate time ” cleaning the rot left by the PDP .   According to him , APC is the direct opposite of the PDP which “has perfected the malign craft of giving selfish ambition primacy over the public good . ”   Tinubu expressed regrets that the APC administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari has had to spend “inordinate time cleaning the rot and plugging the holes in the corrupt system the others had institutionalised as their strategic policy and national direction . ”   He said that, in addition to what the APC had already done, he envisioned a time when the party would take even bolder steps by m...
