The Comptroller-General of Customs, Col. Hameed Ali (rtd), says he won't respect the welcome of the Senate tomorrow Wednesday March 22nd. Ali was made a request to return before the senate tomorrow after he neglected to show up the house last Thursday in his uniform.
Addressing state house journalists after a meeting with inhabitant Buhari today, Ali said he had a court case to take care of tomorrow thus would not be accessible to show up before the senate.
A legal advisor distinguished as Mohammed Ibrahim, had documented a suit at the Abuja Division of the Fedral High Court against the Customs manager over his refusal to wear the Customs uniform.
"The case is in court as of now. Some individual has sued us. I have gotten my writ of summons and they said the present state of affairs stake ought to remain; which amounts to nothing ought to be done until the court makes a profession. A private individual sued every one of us; he needs an elucidation of the segment that is in dispute. I would prefer not to talk with the goal that I am not held in disdain of court''Ali said
