The acting director of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibrahim Magu has said that his dismissal by the Nigerian Senate won't prevent him from battling debasement.

Talking with some thoughtful society associations at the passage of the Senate working after his screening session, Magu said the report against him by the Department of State Service won't likewise prevent him from his energy to end defilement in Nigeria.

Magu said he has questions on the genuineness of the report from the DSS prosecuting him of degenerate practices and absence of honesty to head the EFCC.

Wala said the Nigerian representatives must choose between limited options on the affirmation of Magu.

"We are here in solidarity with the man we feel is a correct man for the occupation and he ought to be affirmed, that is the reason we are here."
