Boko Haram pioneer Abubakar Shekau, in a video discharged on Wednesday, has approached his "brethren" crosswise over Nigeria and the world to get their arms and shoot "any Nigerian… dead in the event that he is purposely against us," Premium Times reports.

In the 10-minute video, Shekau, flanked by two hooded men, exposed claims by the military that the fear based oppressor organization has been uprooted from Sambisa woodland.
